<p>Fukumitsuya is the brewery with the longest history in Kanazawa, founded in 1625. In 2001, the company realized a junmai (pure rice) brewery, using contract rice cultivated since 1960, limpid brewing water obtained over a hundred years at the foot of Mt. Research into long-aged sake began in 1959. Currently, we are also engaged in the development of cosmetics and food products, utilizing the rice fermentation technology we have cultivated over the years, as well as developing directly managed stores and exports to promote sake as a part of Japanese culture both domestically and internationally.</p>
