Refund Policy
1. As wine is a product susceptible to environmental influences and may spoil over time or due to improper storage, such as extreme temperatures, we only accept returns or refunds in the following situations:
(a) The product itself is damaged or defective.
(b) The product does not match your order.
Please return the product in its original packaging and any applicable gifts. Please present your order receipt and delivery note upon return. Opened or used products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
2. We will inspect the product you wish to return. If the product is found to be undamaged, defective, or does not match your order, we will not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
3. If we accept your exchange request, our customer service representative will contact you to arrange the relevant procedures.
4. If we accept your refund request, we will refund the amount to the credit card used for the order.
