Terms of Service
1. Free delivery is available for orders of HK$1,500 or more (based on the actual order amount, applicable to one designated delivery address only).
For orders under HK$1,500, a delivery fee of HK$120 will be charged per order. Once the order is confirmed, the delivery fee is non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
2. Delivery service is limited to a fixed address and covers Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, HK$200 delivery charges is applicable for Tung Chung, Airport, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, and outlying islands (Please select the additional delivery charge during checkout). Regarding delivery to outlying islands, please contact us.
Our general delivery hours are:
Monday to Friday
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
3. Next-day delivery:
(a) Orders confirmed before 5:00 PM on Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) are eligible for next-day delivery.
(b) Orders placed at any time on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are expected to be delivered no earlier than the second working day following the holiday.
(c) Next-day delivery service is not available in Tung Chung, the airport, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, and outlying islands.
4. We will do our best to deliver on time. However, delivery services may be delayed due to individual promotions or bulk orders during holidays. Delivery services will also be suspended when Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued.
5. All delivery dates and times are estimated. We are not liable for any loss or damage that may result from delivery delays.
6. Our delivery service is not applicable to:
a) Restricted areas requiring specific permits or licenses;
b) Non-fixed addresses, hotel rooms, ports, docks, and warehouses; and
(c) Two or more boxes of goods for delivery addresses that cannot be directly reached by elevator to the 4th floor or above.
7. Upon delivery, in order to protect your rights and to record delivery details, we will require you (or your authorized representative) to present original identification documents (and a letter of authorization, if applicable) for verification. If you fail to provide the relevant documents, we reserve the right to refuse delivery.
8. If you fail to collect your order on our first delivery, or if you provide us with an inaccurate delivery address, we have the right to charge you additional fees for all subsequent delivery services.
9. Under Hong Kong law, selling alcoholic beverages (intoxicating liquors) to persons under the age of 18 is illegal. Therefore, we only sell alcoholic products to adults aged 18 or above. Delivery items must be collected by a person aged 18 or above (who must provide identification); otherwise, we will take back the goods and attempt to reschedule delivery at another agreed time.
10. You must collect your order on the agreed delivery date, or notify us at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule the delivery. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge you: (a) all fees, including storage fees and insurance; and (b) HK$200 as an administrative fee for each subsequent delivery service.
