Tasting Note
The color is a shiny crystal with a platinum hue. The aroma is gentle, with the main flavor coming from rice. It has aromas of steamed rice, freshly pounded rice cakes, shiratama dumplings, and domyoji flour, as well as aromas of dairy products such as butter cream, fresh cream, and almond milk. On the palate, a rich, full sweetness spreads out, leaving a smooth, mellow impression. The gentle and elegant acidity blends in and gives elegance to the aftertaste, and the creamy impression persists in the after-flavor.
