This is unusually spicy for what is essentially a young vines Chambertin with good freshness to the pretty array of cherry, raspberry and earth aromas. There is good richness to the vibrant and mineral-inflected middle weight flavors that possess a lovely mouth feel, all wrapped in a juicy yet serious finish that displays a trace of austerity.
