As for the 2004 Chateauneuf du Pape Cuvee Marie Beurrier, it exhibits a deep plum/garnet color, lots of roasted herbs, beef blood, fig and kirsch notes, medium to full body, and earthy, tobacco leaf and underbrush notes in the mouth.
