This Premier Cru vineyard is entirely plowed by winch due to the very steep slopes. The fruity, ripe aromas of candied lemon mingle with a hint of spiced rose. Very persistent, the wine is enhanced by a long, crystalline mineral finish and a finale dominated by the distinctive savory and smoky texture of flint.
