Very mild reduction does not completely obliterate the floral character and the underlying fruit seems quite ripe as well. As is usually the case the supporting structure here is notably finer than that of the Les Procès which imparts a refined mouth feel to the middle weight flavors. I like the underlying sense of tension and particularly the balance and while this is not presently quite as complex, it's certainly more elegant. - (Burghound)
