NV Empreinte Premier Cru Brut 在杯中展現出美麗的果香，出色的酒體和極佳的整體平衡。甜美的紅色漿果、花朵和薄荷是編織在顯著優雅的豐富結構中的一些細微差別。Empreinte 顯示出驚人的深度和純淨度。相較於本年份的霞多麗，較高比例的黑比諾似乎更適合在橡木桶中釀造。Empreinte 的成分爲76%黑比諾、14%霞多麗和10%黑梅尼耶，均來自2006年份。大約54%的混合酒經歷了蘋果酸乳酸發酵。糖分爲每升4克。於2011年5月12日去除沉澱。
