The 2016 Mercurey 1er Cru Pi??ce 13 is brilliant. Bursting from the glass with scents of raspberries, orange rind, cinnamon, raw cocoa, violets and rose petals, it's full-bodied, seamless and complete, with ripe and powdery tannins, lively acids and a long, precise finish. This is one of the very finest red wines Bruno Lorenzon has produced to date.
